Yodio is a new online destination community for creating and sharing audio casts. Unlike most podcast Websites, Yodio features a proprietary audio-publishing service that makes it fast, easy and fun to produce short, high-impact audio casts. Yodio also features a rich marketplace where recordings — called “yodios” — can be rated, streamed or downloaded to most portable devices. And, the marketplace includes one of the first micro-payment systems that rewards audio creators with royalties and supports audio advertising.
